Return Eligibility
Surfside Wear accepts returns on eligible standard-return items within 7 days of delivery.
The return window begins when tracking shows the order as delivered. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the return window begins when the final package in that order is delivered.
To qualify for a standard return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
- Approved by Surfside Wear before being sent back
Return Categories
Surfside Wear uses two return categories: standard return eligible items and final sale items.
Standard return eligible items may be accepted when all return requirements are met.
Final sale items are not eligible for standard returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue.

U.S. Returns
Eligible U.S. returns may be accepted when all standard return requirements are met.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or verified fulfillment issue.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by a verified Surfside Wear fulfillment issue.
International Returns
Eligible international returns may be reviewed case by case.
International returns may be limited by supplier rules, customs requirements, return carrier availability, destination country restrictions, product category, and shipping cost.
International customers are responsible for return postage, customs forms, duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and carrier charges unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or verified fulfillment issue.
International final sale items are not eligible for standard returns, but damaged, defective, incorrect, or verified fulfillment issues may be reviewed when reported within the required timeframe.
Swimwear Policy
Due to hygiene standards, swimwear is classified as final sale and is non-returnable under the standard return policy.
This includes bikinis, one-pieces, swim tops, swim bottoms, and swimwear sets.
Swimwear may only be reviewed if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue. Please contact Surfside Wear within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale or non-returnable under the standard return policy due to hygiene standards, supplier restrictions, product category rules, special handling, or condition requirements.
- Swimwear, including bikinis, one-pieces, swim tops, swim bottoms, and swimwear sets
- Bodysuits
- Intimates or lingerie
- Face masks
- Beauty items
- Jewelry
- Items marked final sale
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, used, stained, altered, damaged, or odor-affected items
Final sale items may still be reviewed if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue.
Return Process
To request a return, contact Surfside Wear at info@surfsidewear.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without approval may be refused or may not qualify for refund processing.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or verified fulfillment issue.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by a verified Surfside Wear fulfillment issue.
- International customers are responsible for return postage, customs forms, import taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage fees, and carrier charges unless the return is caused by a verified fulfillment issue.
- Final sale items are not eligible for standard return shipping approval unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Surfside Wear within 3 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item, the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label when available.
After review, Surfside Wear will provide the next available resolution based on the item, issue, supplier rules, shipping destination, and order details.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, a qualifying refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider or bank to complete refund processing after the refund has been issued.
Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be declined, partially refunded, or subject to restocking fees where applicable.
Final sale items are not eligible for standard refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue and the claim is approved after review.
Exchanges
Surfside Wear does not offer direct exchanges.
If another size, color, or style is needed, please place a new order.
