Shipping Overview

Surfside Wear is an online-only coastal boutique. Products may ship from U.S. warehouses or international supplier warehouses depending on inventory availability, product location, size, color, and supplier fulfillment options.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled separately and arrive in different shipments. Tracking information is provided when available from the supplier or carrier.

Shipping Destinations

Surfside Wear may ship to eligible U.S. and international destinations when available at checkout. Shipping availability depends on product eligibility, warehouse location, supplier restrictions, carrier access, destination country, and current store shipping settings.

U.S. shipping may include the United States, select U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes where supported, and APO/FPO addresses where supported by the supplier or carrier.

International shipping availability may vary by country. Some products may not be eligible for every destination due to supplier limitations, customs rules, carrier restrictions, or regional delivery limits.

Address requirement: International orders require a complete physical mailing address. P.O. Box delivery is currently supported only for eligible U.S. shipments and is not available for international destinations.

U.S. orders may ship from U.S.-based inventory or overseas inventory depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Products fulfilled from U.S.-based inventory typically process within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery of approximately 2–5 business days after shipment.

Products fulfilled from overseas inventory and shipped to U.S. customers typically process within 3–5 business days, with estimated delivery of approximately 5–10 business days after shipment.

P.O. Box delivery may be available for eligible U.S. shipments where supported by the supplier or carrier. APO/FPO and select U.S. territory delivery may also be available when supported.

International Shipping

International orders may require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. After processing, estimated international delivery is typically 11–25 business days.

Delivery time may vary by country, customs review, local carrier handoff, supplier warehouse location, and regional shipping conditions. International tracking may update less frequently while packages move between countries or clear customs.

International orders must use a complete physical mailing address. P.O. Box delivery is not available for international destinations.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or carrier collection fees required by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent when available after shipment processing begins. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.

  • Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours before movement appears.
  • International tracking can temporarily pause during customs processing.
  • Split shipments may receive separate tracking numbers.
  • Delivery scans are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not update in real time.

Split Shipments

Some Surfside Wear orders may include items from different supplier warehouses. If this happens, your items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Separate shipments do not mean the rest of your order was forgotten. If tracking is available, each shipment may receive its own tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information during checkout, including apartment numbers, postal codes, country selection, email address, and any required delivery details.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may delay delivery or cause return-to-sender events.

Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages

Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, customs review, weather events, regional disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods. If tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us so we can help review the order status.

If a package is marked delivered but has not been received, customers should check the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, household members, neighbors, or local carrier office first. We can help review tracking details, but final delivery scans are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may begin processing soon after checkout. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that shipping addresses, product selections, or cancellations can be changed after an order is placed.

If help is needed with an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped or entered supplier processing, changes may no longer be available.
