Return Window

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging when possible

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Do not send any return back without contacting Surfside Wear first. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
